We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For consultations, the $45 consultation deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We also ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

These policies help us protect the time reserved specifically for each client and keep our schedule running smoothly.

All services and products are self-pay and payment is due at the time of purchase unless other payment arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and approved financing options.

All sales are final. Payments made toward treatment packages, services, gift cards, and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Treatment packages and services are subject to the terms outlined in the agreement signed at the time of purchase.
